Thank you for respecting the time, commitment, and preparation that go into creating a meaningful coaching experience. This policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness for all clients while allowing flexibility when genuine unexpected circumstances arise.

By booking a coaching session, purchasing a coaching package, or enrolling in a group coaching program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1:1 Coaching Sessions

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking in order to reserve your session time.

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge.

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, as well as missed appointments ("no-shows"), will be considered completed sessions and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

• One late cancellation due to a genuine emergency may be accommodated at my discretion.

Coaching Packages

• Payment is required at the time of purchase and reserves your coaching availability, session schedule, and dedicated support.

• Coaching packages are non-refundable once purchased.

• Sessions included in a package may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will count as completed sessions.

• Coaching packages must be completed within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase. Any unused sessions remaining after the package expiration date will be forfeited unless an exception has been approved in advance.

Group Coaching Programs

Enrollment in a group coaching program reserves a limited space within the cohort and includes program materials, preparation, and access to the scheduled sessions.

• If you cancel more than 14 days before the program start date, you may receive a full refund less any non-refundable payment processing fees.

• If you cancel 7–14 days before the program start date, you may receive a 50% refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program begins, or after the program has started, are not eligible for a refund.

• Missed group coaching sessions are not eligible for refunds or credits. If session recordings or alternative resources are provided as part of the program, they may be accessed according to the program terms.

• Requests to transfer your registration to a future cohort may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at my discretion.

Payment Processing Fees

If a refund is approved and issued, the refunded amount will be reduced by any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider.

These fees are collected and retained by third-party payment processors and cannot be recovered by my business. Therefore, they are not eligible for reimbursement.

Emergencies & Exceptions

I understand that unexpected situations can occur. This cancellation policy exists to protect the time that has been reserved specifically for each client while recognizing that genuine emergencies may arise.

I reserve the right to make exceptions in cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or other significant unforeseen circumstances. Any exception is made solely at my discretion and does not constitute a waiver of this policy or create an expectation of future exceptions.

By scheduling a coaching session, purchasing a coaching package, or enrolling in a group coaching program, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
